There is nothing as tangible for employees then to have a change of workplace. Whether it's an internal move, a new workplace or an entirely new housing, good guidance in these changing processes are important for the eventual impact of the project.
Each organization will ask themselves whether the current strategy, way of working and housing are still appropriate for the future. Housing as well as furnishing can both be an effect of organizational changes! Information technology and extensive digitalization of work processes are important issues to rethink the physical structure of an organization, but eventually it is all regarding one central question, namely: does our work environment fit our company (who we are), our work processes (how we work) and our ambitions (what we want to achieve).
In collaboration with the client WIAR designs the change process along with appropriate interventions. These interventions may include:
• Strategic issues (mission, vision and goals);
• The organizational structure and culture;
• Organization of work processes;
• Job satisfaction among employees and thereby the desired working environment;
• Facility services.
WIAR approaches the development focused on housing as a changing process. WIAR has developed an effective approach in which both management and employees actively participate in shaping the new environment and associated resources and processes. We are convinced that if the various stakeholders in an organization work together that they can shape the organization development, the more sustainable and lasting the change will be and leads to a proper engagement.
Depending on the assignment WIAR can make an analysis, bring out an advice, provide a training / workshops and give individual support in the form of coaching services. Through the efforts of the WIAR specialists the implementation of your change project, then will actually be launched.
