Organising, housing and furnishingNot infrequently, a major housing project comes along with organisational change. For example: an organisation merges and then looks for appropriate housing. Or an organisation aims to change culture and is looking for a new office concept which comes along with the new culture. Particular housing and furnishing can be the cause as well as the consequence of organizational changes! ICT and extensive digitalisation of work processes are important issues to consider refurnishing the organisation.
WIAR Organisation Development is specialised in organisational issues around office innovations, and teleworking or e-working. We identify three key issues:

In consultation with the client WIAR Organisation Development will design a change process with appropriate interventions. These interventions may relate to strategic issues (mission and vision), the organisational structure and culture, organisation and work processes in addition with the desired (facility) support. Depending on the contract, WIAR Organisation Development can provide advice, training, workshops and provide individual guidance using coaching sessions. Our WIAR specialists use a project management approach to make each project actually come alive.
