• ing. R. (Robert) Witvliet MScMC is managing director / founder of the WIAR | Workplace Performance. He graduated from RSM Erasmus University, Business Administration - Master of Science in Management Consultancy. He is electrical engineer of origin (Energy & Automation) and has evolved over the past 15 years as a consultant and change manager specializing in providing integrated solutions at the interface of organizational changes in housing and office organization. The performance of your organization depends on many factors and requires a broad comprehensive view of the entire system (people, work and work environment), with opportunities often arise at the interfaces between them. Robert Witvliet as "innovator" is able to look beyond boundaries of different disciplines and develops in close cooperation with customers new insights and creative solutions to which the organization can actually achieve significant positive improvements.
• A.F.M. (André) Roessen is director / founder of WIAR | Workplace Performance and is responsible for financial matters, procurement and construction. He was educated at the Academy and the HMC. Andre started his career as a designer and organizer of global events and exhibitions. From 2001 he is an entrepreneur responsible for the design and construction of full-service housing office. Andre Roessen can be sober and sharp analytical skills clearly advise clients to make decisions about the value of targeted savings and / or investments in the environment.
• ir. A.C. (Berry) de Leijster graduated at the TU Delft Faculty of Architecture and is registered in the register of architects. Berry is a versatile professional & People Manager and has 18 years of inspiring leadership to many integrated project teams (internal and external parties) at the interface of organization and housing. Berry as Director of Operations WIAR | Workplace Performance is responsible for the overview, coherence and efficient management of all ongoing projects.
